This Service Agreement applies to the website, related digital services, mobile management applications, software products, and commercial interactions operated by Chengdu Ruichuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms below and any product-specific notices, store policies, or contract addenda that apply to a given service.

1. Eligibility and age

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use our services. Certain products may require a minimum age of 13, 16, or another age required by law, app store policy, or advertising policy. If you use a service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Services covered

Covered services include network technology R&D, technical services and consulting, website development and maintenance, mini-program and software development and sales, internet data services, digital content production, self-media operations, short-video planning and production, advertising design and media release, brand marketing planning, business information consulting, and retail support for computers, electronics, office equipment, daily necessities, home goods, apparel, and footwear.

3. Mobile management applications

Our mobile management applications may support customer operations, reporting, tasks, approvals, version management, field operations, store administration, content workflows, and monetization. They may be distributed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other approved marketplaces. You must follow the relevant store terms, device requirements, and local laws when using the applications.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse our services, interfere with operation, reverse engineer prohibited components, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, evade security controls, scrape unlawfully, or use our services for deceptive, infringing, abusive, or illegal activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining your account credentials and device security.

5. Content and intellectual property

All website structure, design, text, graphics, software, and trademarks owned by us or licensed to us remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless we state otherwise in writing, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as permitted by law or by written authorization.

6. Third-party services and app stores

Our services may integrate third-party services, analytics tools, ad networks, and app store infrastructure. You agree that those third parties may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by law.

7. Advertising and monetization terms

Where ads are shown, the service may include splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, native ads, and similar placements. You acknowledge that advertising partners may use identifiers and usage signals to deliver, measure, and optimize ads in accordance with applicable law and your consent choices.

8. Ad platform compliance

We aim to operate in alignment with policies from Google, Apple, and major ad providers. This includes compliance with rules governing data collection, personalized advertising, child-directed content, sensitive categories, account deletion, user choice, ad labeling, consent, and disclosure requirements. If a policy conflict arises, platform-specific rules or local mandatory law may control the relevant product behavior.

9. Fees and commercial terms

Some services may be free, while others may be subject to separate quotations, invoices, or written commercial agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of taxes, bank charges, and other third-party charges. We may suspend or modify services for non-payment where applicable law permits.

10. Availability and changes

Services may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, content, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we aim to maintain reliable operations and communicate material changes when practicable.

11. Privacy and data use

Data use and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Service Agreement by reference. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy or any mandatory disclosures, you should stop using the affected service.

12. Regional law and country adaptation

We intend our services to be usable in multiple countries and regions, including the United States, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other markets where our services may appear. We will apply mandatory consumer, privacy, digital advertising, and app distribution rules to the extent they apply. If a local law requires a higher standard than this Agreement, the local law prevails for that jurisdiction.

13. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chengdu Ruichuang Network Technology Co., Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and any valid written commercial agreement.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement, legal requirement, security risk, fraud, abuse, or operational necessity. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

16. Governing law and dispute handling

Unless a separate written contract states otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the place of incorporation and principal operations of Chengdu Ruichuang Network Technology Co., Ltd, subject to mandatory consumer or local laws that cannot be waived. If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith business communication.

17. Force majeure and operational interruption

Neither party is responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, major network failures, legal restrictions, cyber incidents, or large-scale infrastructure interruptions. The affected party should provide notice and commercially reasonable mitigation where possible.

18. Entire agreement and severability

This Agreement and any incorporated policy documents form the baseline terms for service usage unless replaced by a separate written commercial contract. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
